Our offer

Each day, you need to use and quickly access your documents to search for technical files, or for suppliers, customers relationship or management files.

But due to volumes, splitting and heterogeneity of your archives, you lose time and take risks.

Your technical documents, plans, reports, procedures, contracts, customer or supplier files, are diluted in your systems and archives. The documents you keep bear your technical background, commitments, evidence or compliance elements, rights to be protected, sums to be recovered.

By entrusting us with the digitalisation of your paper documents in an in-situ secure workshop, you optimise access to and management of your archives, you gain efficiency and strengthen your company durability.

Did you know?

The volume of paper documents increases by 22% per year.

Dematerialising your inactive and interim archives allows you to save space and up to 40 % of time spent on its search!

Dematerialisation of the Alsace land register

Numen made the computerisation of the Alsace-Moselle land register by dematerialising paper registers to then enhance content.

Numen (in close collaboration with IBM) digitised more than 40,000 volumes spread throughout 46 land register offices active in the Bas-Rhin, Moselle and Haut-Rhin departments.

During the 2 re-entry campaigns of 400 days each, Numen, on the two sites of Madagascar and Mauritius, received 20,000 double pages images from the land register, for which Numen maked the complex entry of business data. These data were delivered to the customer in XML.
